Overview
This submersible pump is a well pump, composed of a YQS submersible motor and a QJ submersible pump. It is widely used in urban, industrial and mining enterprises, cooling systems, water supply and drainage, and agricultural irrigation. Its main features are that the motor and pump are integrated and submerged in water, eliminating the need for a pump room. It has a simple structure, is easy to use and maintain, is highly efficient, and operates safely and reliably.
This product conforms to the standards: GB/T2816-2002 "Well Submersible Pumps", GB/T2818-2002 "Well Submersible Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors".Operating Conditions
1. Power Supply: Three-phase AC 380V (tolerance ±5%), 50HZ (tolerance ±1%)
2. Water Quality:
(1) Water temperature not exceeding 20℃
(2) Solid impurity content (mass ratio) not exceeding 0.01%
(3) PH value (acidity/alkalinity) 6.5-8.5
(4) Hydrogen sulfide content not exceeding 1.5mg/L
(5) Chloride ion content not exceeding 400mg/L3. The submersible motor cavity must be filled with clean water.

Structural Overview
The pump section mainly consists of the pump shaft, impeller, volute casing, rubber bearing, and non-return valve body (optional). The motor section mainly consists of the base, pressure regulating diaphragm, thrust bearing, thrust plate, lower guide bearing seat, stator, rotor, upper guide bearing seat, water deflector, inlet section, and lead-out cable.
1. The motor is a water-filled wet submersible three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor cavity is filled with clean water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. The pressure regulating diaphragm at the bottom of the motor is used to adjust the pressure difference caused by the expansion and contraction of the water inside the motor due to temperature changes.
2. To prevent sand particles in the well water from entering the motor, two oil seals and a sand deflector are installed at the motor's upper shaft extension to form a sand-proof structure.
3. To prevent the pump shaft from rising during startup, the pump shaft and motor shaft are connected as one unit by a coupling, and an upper thrust bearing is installed at the bottom of the motor.
4. The lubrication of the motor and pump bearings is water lubrication.
5. The motor stator windings use high-quality submersible motor winding wires with high insulation performance.
