Abstract
The G‑type (GH‑type) sand and gravel pump is an internationally advanced product. Featuring a single‑casing design connected by clamps or bolts, it is a single‑stage, single‑suction, cantilevered horizontal centrifugal pump. It boasts a lightweight construction, excellent cavitation performance, superior wear resistance, wide flow passages, convenient installation and operation, and 360° rotatability. The pump can continuously handle large‑particle, highly abrasive slurry, making it ideal for dredging operations on dredgers and for river‑dredging applications.
This type of pump consists of a pump head, sealing components, bearing assemblies, and a support frame (or gear‑box assembly), among other parts. Bearing lubrication is provided either by grease or thin oil. The wetted components—impeller, pump casing, front cover plate, and rear cover plate—are all manufactured from high‑wear‑resistant alloy cast iron or wear‑resistant alloy steel.Model Meaning
