If there is no water flowing again, we will carefully inspect the outlet pipe after installing the water hose to ensure that there is no leakage. After releasing the water outlet pipe for about 6 meters, roll up the rest and do not allow air to enter the inlet. The next step is to use a vacuum pump to remove the air inside the water pump and use a vacuum assist device to pump water.3、 Steps for using a gasoline engine vacuum pump:

（9.） After vacuuming, you will see the water flowing from the water pump into the water tank above the vacuum pump. At this time, close the valve at the vent valve of the large water pump! Turn off the red switch on the right side of the gasoline engine to the OFF position:
（10. ）The throttle must be turned off to prevent oil leakage;
（11）. After using it in winter, it is necessary to drain the water in the large pump and the vacuum pump. Pull out the small water pipe of the vacuum pump to drain the water in the vacuum pump completely!
