AF series foam pump is simple in structure, high in versatility, and easy to install and use.
1. Transmission part: This type of pump transmission part is compatible with SP and SPR series slurry. The bearing body is equipped with a motor seat or electrode frame, which can be directly or indirectly transmitted. The belt pulley can be easily replaced to change the pump speed to meet the changing working conditions
2. The charging box is of steel structure and is equipped with a tangential inlet and an overflow box. The overflow box can easily send the excess incoming materials back to the charging pool. The tangential inlet can make the materials quickly enter the pump and eliminate some foam.
3. Pump head: The pump head structure is compatible with the AH series slurry pump. It has a dual pump casing structure, and its pump body, pump cover, front guard plate, etc. are compatible with slurry pumps of the same caliber as the AH series. According to the different conveying media, the material of the overcurrent components can be metal, rubber, or other non-metallic materials. For metal materials, their pump body, pump cover, sheath, front guard plate, etc. are compatible with AH series system caliber slurry pumps. For rubber or other non-metallic materials, the front and rear sheaths are compatible with slurry pumps of the same caliber as the AHR series.
