Characteristics and USES
In order to meet the development needs of industries such as power, metallurgy, and coal, and based on decades of experience in designing and manufacturing slurry pumps, the latest generation of ZGB (P) series slurry pumps with high flow rate, high lift, and multi-stage series connection has been developed in China, taking into account the characteristics of ash removal and slurry transportation conditions. The main technical features of this series of products are as follows:
Adopting modern CAD design methods, it has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and low wear rate;
Wide and smooth flow channel, good anti clogging performance, and superior cavitation performance:
Adopting a combination of impeller and packing seal and mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of slurry;
Reliability design ensures a significant increase in the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the entire machine;
Using thin oil lubrication for metric bearings, setting up lubrication and cooling systems reasonably to ensure that the bearings operate at low temperatures;
The overcurrent components are made of special materials with good wear and corrosion resistance:
Specially processed for seawater ash removal and electrochemical corrosion of seawater and salt spray conditions;
Multiple stages can be used in series within the allowable pressure range. Its maximum allowable working pressure is 3.6 MPa.This series of slurry pump products has the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, reliable operation, and easy maintenance. Widely applicable for conveying abrasive or corrosive slag slurry, especially power plant ash, in industrial sectors such as power, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, and chemical industry. The ZGB (P) series slurry pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction, cantilever, double shell, centrifugal slurry pump. The overcurrent components of ZGB and ZGBP slurry pumps with the same diameter can be interchanged, and the external installation dimensions are completely the same. The transmission part of the ZGB (P) series slurry pump adopts a horizontal open type thin oil lubrication bracket and is equipped with two sets of internal and external water cooling systems.
If necessary, cooling water can be added. The reserved cooling water interface and cooling water pressure refer to Table 1. There are two types of shaft seals for ZGB (P) series slurry pumps: impeller and packing combination seal and mechanical seal. It is recommended to use mechanical seals with high-pressure shaft seal water for all series connected slurry pumps (secondary or above).
